ClearView provided Kingsdale with a free audit of their fire and security systems and provided recommendations to save money and improve their security.
We advised that their support contracts would operate more effectively where SLAs and KPIs, such as response and final fix times, were more clearly defined. Preventative maintenance was highlighted as a priority to identify any potential problems with the equipment before faults develop. This would ensure minimum down time.
Finally, ClearView installed secure engineer remote access at the school. This allows proactive monitoring of the system to identify potential issues before they develop into faults and allows remote fault resolution.
