ClearView has been awarded on to the ESPO Security and Surveillance Framework (Eastern Shires Procurement Organisation). This ESPO framework provides public authorities, complete access to a range of security and surveillance solutions including: public and private space CCTV, access control, intruder detection and ANPR.
The framework can be utilised by clients via a direct call-off with their preferred supplier (any supplier listed on the framework), or they can run a competition exercise amongst all suppliers that are capable of meeting your requirement.
What is included within the framework?
Within each Lot, there is a group of approved suppliers, ready to provide quotes and carry out installations for you! In total, there are eight Lots within the framework:
- Lot 1 – Public Space Surveillance Systems.
- Lot 2 – Private Space Surveillance Systems.
- Lot 3 – Access Control Systems.
- Lot 4 – Intruder Detection Systems.
- Lot 5 – Integrated Security Solutions
- Lot 6 – Independent Security Consultancy Services
- Lot 7 – Body Worn Video (BWV) Cameras
- Lot 8 – Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Cameras
ClearView has been awarded a place on to Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8.

In order to be awarded on to the framework as an approved supplier, ClearView had to provide extensive evidence that we operate safely, have the correct insurance levels, can demonstrate previous evidence and technical knowledge and can carry out projects and maintenance to a high standard.
