Finance Administrator

ClearView are looking for an individual to handle the day to day administrative support of the financial processes and procedures in this fast past and growing business. This role would support those wanting to be flexible around school hours or those looking for a part time role.

You will be required to:
  • Maintain and set up client Direct Debits mandates
  • Raise and issue invoices and credit notes to clients
  • Support the Finance Director with the monthly payroll
  • Undertake reconciliation purchase orders to contract and supplier invoices as well as the Company Bank Accounts, Credit and Fuel Card payments using Xero
  • Ensure employees expenses are verified and paid
  • Use third party client portals to process their invoices
  • Set up new client accounts on internal CRM system, including undertaking credit check processes
  • Keep abreast of changes to HMRC guidelines and limits to update and inform internal policies and practices

Ideally you will have experience in Finance Administration and an accountancy package and/or receipt bank systems. Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of diligence.

In addition to joining a great team we will:
  • Pay you £17,000 based on 25 hours per week (over 5 days) we could be flexible on this
