About us

ClearView is a well established Fire and Security Protection company; with over 25 year’s experience of providing a professional service to meet the security requirement of private and public sector organisations.

Due to the expansion we are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join us to support the expanding team. This is an exciting and an amazing opportunity to learn and develop your HR knowledge and skills. You must have experience of working in a confidential environment and have excellent communication skills. You must be able to prioritise your workload and be extremely organised. Ideally you may already been a student of the CIPD working towards your Foundation Certificate in People Practice or have the certificate and are now wanting to put your learning into practice to progress and develop your career in HR.

This is the perfect role for someone who is organised and proactive, with great administration skills maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records) and updating internal databases; you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

CCTV Installation

The key responsibilities for the role will include, but are not limited to:*
  1. Support recruiting managers with all aspects of recruitment, to provide a great candidate experience
  2. Ensure pre-employment and BS7858 security vetting process is undertaken
  3. Mange the on-boarding process and taking new employees through inductions including HR related documents, update HR-related documentation on internal HRIS ensuring it is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  4. Be the first point of contact to advise and act as first escalation point for all HR-related queries, and liaise with an external HR support provider on complex HR matters
  5. To organise confidential staff files and maintain them in an orderly manner and in-line with GDPR
  6. Assist Finance department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. overtime, leaves of absence, sick days)
  7. Provide Managers with HR metrics
  8. Undertake leavers process ensuring retention of all company property and advise and notify all external stakeholders
  9. Book training courses and maintain training records to ensure all training is renewed in a timely manner
