Major investment in ClearView’s security system support infrastructure has been rewarded with several large new contracts for clients requiring 4-hour response 24 / 7 / 365. A team of over 20 dedicated service engineers supports technology from access control, security gates and barriers through to AV and projector systems. Multi-national clients are also supported through our network of engineers throughout Europe.

We are making effective use of technology – monitoring client’s systems remotely. All equipment is monitored continuously with our help desk often made aware of a potential problem before the user.

Many faults can be detected, diagnosed and rectified without the need for an engineer visit. Remote preventative maintenance audits are also used to reduce the time required on-site for regular system service activities.

These activities not only reduce annual costs, they also enable faster and more efficient fault rectification.
