Russell completed 13 years of military service in the Army Air Corps, which is the combat aviation arm of British Army. During this time he was responsible for managing Apache helicopter and logistical operations in the UK and abroad. This included 5 operational deployments to Afghanistan, and exercise deployments across Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
Before joining ClearView in August 2018 Russell was employed as a Communications Officer with Norfolk Police Constabulary, responsible for the risk assessment and resource management of a team of police officers over the county.
