Angela Pearson

Angela is a results-oriented HR professional with multi-industry experience focusing on the design and
 development of strategic HR programs to support the 
growth of the business organically and within new
 markets.

Before joining ClearView Angela worked as an HR
 Consultant delivering strategic HR and Learning and
 Development programmes for SME’s to FTSE 100 organisations. Angela’s first 22 years of her career was working in a
variety of Business and HR roles for Financial
 Services PLC’s including LV=, Royal Bank of Scotland
 and Lloyds Bank.

Since 2004 Angela has been a Certified Associate in
 Emergenetics Profiling. An individual, team and
 organisational physicometric tool, that enables people
 to understand their self and others preferred thinking 
and behavioural preferences. This produces effective 
communication and promotes stronger and higher-performing teams. She is currently working towards her Fellowship of the
 Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
