Race4Business 2018
ClearView will once again be entering a team in the Birketts’ Race4Business, in support of Farleigh Hospice.
This year is the race’s 20th Anniversary so the staff at ClearView are delighted to be supporting a worthy cause on 21st June 2018.
The 3 ½ mile course starts in Chelmsford City Centre and finishes at Birketts’ offices. ClearView have entered a team of around 20 runners every year for the past 15 years.
Farleigh Hospice’s Target – £20k for a new hospice vehicle
This year Race4Business is supporting Farleigh Hospice to raise money for a new HOP (Hospice Outreach Project) vehicle. This vehicle will travel through the local Essex community and provide invaluable information to the public about Farleigh hospice’s services.
“In 2016 we had to retire our HOP vehicle, due to mechanical defects and, as a result, there has been a sharp decline in the information available to the local community- particularly in remote areas of mid Essex.”
Farleigh Hospice have been providing free care and support for over 35 years to individuals and families going through life-limiting illnesses.
To fund their new vehicle, Farleigh are aiming to hit their target of £20k.
