For the 13th year running, ClearView entered into the annual ‘Race 4 Business’ hosted by the legal firm, Birketts, in order to raise money for The J’s Hospice – an Essex based charity which helps improve the lives of 16-40 year olds with life threatening conditions and gives support to their families.

Unfortunately, after an extensive amount of rainfall the track was flooded and the race cancelled. But ClearView’s dedication to continually support the charity was definitely demonstrated after they were the only team of 24, out of the average 1,000 participants, to turn up at the soggy starting line.
(I guess we didn’t get the cancellation memo in time..)

Additionally, instead of reclaiming their £20 per-person entering fee, ClearView presented it to J’s Hospice – meaning ClearView has raised over £600 for the charity!
ClearView are hoping that next year the rain will subside so that they don’t automatically win just by showing up!
Let’s hope next year ClearView can raise even more for charity!
