Sanctus

ClearView provided a free CCTV and intruder alarm system to Sanctus, a Chelmsford charity providing shelter and support for the homeless and those in need. The new system improves the safety of staff, volunteers, and vulnerable individuals utilizing the charity’s services. Following a site visit, ClearView identified the need for enhanced security measures, and the installation was completed with minimum disruption.

Staff received training on how to operate the system, which includes 13 cameras and a hold-up alarm for increased security. The system not only benefits Sanctus but also deters criminal activity, helping to protect the local community.

CHESS

ClearView worked on a project to help CHESS Homeless Shelter in Chelmsford to safely reopen after being closed due to COVID restrictions. We conducted a site survey and spoke with staff to identify their security and equipment needs.

We provided additional security systems and PPE to safeguard staff and residents. We also provided takeaway containers and cutlery to accommodate reduced overnight capacity and to continue serving meals to rough sleepers. Our HSQE Manager offered guidance to minimise the risk of contracting COVID and improve risk assessments. ClearView was committed to supporting CHESS and ensuring their safe reopening.

Race 4 Business

Since 2005, ClearView has participated in the annual Race 4 Business, a 3.5 mile charity race around Chelmsford organised by Birketts Solicitors.

Over the years, we have proudly raised money for various local charities, including Farleigh’s Hospice Outreach Project (HOP), Little Haven’s Hospice, Special Needs and Parents (SNAP), The J’s Hospice, and Age UK.

In the 20th anniversary race, ClearView helped raise funds for Farleigh’s Hospice Outreach Project (HOP) to purchase a new vehicle, ensuring they can continue providing accessible services within the community. We are committed to supporting local charities and making a positive impact in our community.
