After successfully completing the fire stopping works at Watkin Jones sites Sutton Court Road and Marsh gate, ClearView has been awarded the fire Stopping works at their new site in Lewisham, South London.
This will be our third Fire Stopping project for the UK’s leading development and construction company, Watkin Jones Group.
The site on Conington Road, Lewisham is large scale build-to-rent scheme consisting of 365 apartments that are split between 3 buildings; the tower which is 36 storeys, building 2 which is 4-13 storeys, and building 3 which is 7 storeys.
The contract entails all Fire Stopping installation works across the whole building including the commercial floors, apartments, basement, internal corridors, and risers.
