Supporting the Environment
ClearView stands apart from other organisations through our industry-leading accreditations and certifications. Our Environmental Management certification, ISO 14001:2015, ensures we create annually monitored and measured environmental objectives in order to help benefit the local community.
We work to ensure that our day-to-day operations are undertaken to minimise this impact through assessing and improving our environmental performance and provide learning and development for our employees on environmental awareness and enable consideration and understanding of environmental issues and their impact.
Supporting Charities
ClearView supports local charities, through our participation in charity sports events and through active participation in local community charities and national fundraisers. The company annually identifies a local Charitable or Community based organisation to support on either fundraising or provision of our professional or products.
Supporting Local Councils
ClearView works with councils and public authorities to provide security systems that promote crime prevention and safeguarding in the local area.
We also offer proactive and reactive maintenance services for these systems to ensure they are working to optimum performance. In addition to Thurrock Council, we have assisted other councils and authorities, including Southend Council, Folkestone Town Council, City Of London, Essex Police, and the NHS.
Supporting Our People
ClearView places high importance on the safety and well-being of our staff and is accredited with Investors in People. Our performance management process involves setting and agreeing on objectives, identifying areas for development, and offering learning and development opportunities.
We provide extensive training to empower our staff and equip them with transferable skills. We are committed to the highest standards of occupational health and safety and are certified in ISO45001:2018.
Additionally, we offer Perkbox to all employees, which provides discounts and benefits with a range of high street and local retailers.
Our Local Community
ClearView integrates community investment considerations into decision-making and business practices and insists on local capacity building to develop mutually beneficial relationships with communities we and our clients operate in.
We prioritise sourcing our suppliers from the local community where possible, with contracts in place with Chelmsford Safety Supplies, Joyce design, CEF, and Aaron’s Catering. We also offer apprenticeships and trainee schemes, such as Kickstart, to recruit from the local community and upskill individuals with valuable qualifications.
Through these efforts, ClearView is committed to supporting and strengthening our local community.
