Requirements:
Sui Generis contacted ClearView back in 2018 to provide a security solution to their leading manufacturing site in Colchester, Essex. They required an intruder alarm system upgrade and maintenance to protect the premises, machinery and assets when unoccupied.
Solution:
After completing the site survey, our security specialists upgraded the existing intruder alarm system for Sui Generis, installing a Texecom intruder system for high quality and ease of use for the customer. This system included 30 devices ranging from PIR sensors to door contacts to ensure that every entry point was secure and well protected.
We provided a comprehensive intruder alarm maintenance contract, ensuring the system was fully operational at all times, and we have been maintaining the site’s system for the past four years.
We have been working with Clearview for the past five years as at the time we needed a new intruder alarm installed at our factories in Colchester. After a few years of maintaining our intruder alarm, we were so happy with the service that we decided to go with them to maintain our CCTV and our fire alarm system and our fire door maintenance as it made sense to have one company maintain the lot.
